I love cemeteries and I would spend a lot of time in cemeteries over the years.
I love cemeteries for a different reason than you might think.
I was a photographer for many years, the stone structures and grave art form is fascinating to me. So much symbolism.
Not that I’m good at remembering what the symbols all mean but I do love them and love to photograph any cemeteries wherever I am.
I have thousands of images from cemeteries around the States. I will be releasing them as cards in the future.
I would love to write a book about some of my favorite cemeteries and the beautiful art work that honors the people buried there.
