The first person to come through was my great aunt who had a heavy issue to discuss with me. Through that experience I was able to resolve an issue with her which was left unresolved when she was alive — there was MUCH healing done both for me AND my great aunt (an unexpected experience to be able to lift the weight from her burdened heart as well).
